Provisional bookings

1. Provisional bookings will be confirmed in writing by Shangrila Innibos.
2. They will contain an expiry date following which the provisional booking will lapse.

Accepted quotes

1. Following acceptance of our quote an invoice will be e-mailed to you.
2. Please note that bookings are only deemed confirmed following receipt of payment alternatively an e-mailed/faxed ‘proof of payment’
3. Payment will need to be made within 24 hours to secure the booking following which management reserves the right to accept other bookings for the accommodation.

Cancellation policy

In the event of a cancelled booking, the following cancellation policy will apply. Cancel on arrival or during the stay - the full payment due may be levied.

• In the event of premature departure we may charge for full extent of stay, which was booked and confirmed.
• Cancel 0 - 14 days before date of arrival or no show - full deposit paid is forfeited.
• Cancel 15 - 28 days before date of arrival - 75% of deposit paid or 25% of full quote value (whichever greater) is forfeited.
• Cancel 28 + days before date of arrival - 50% of deposit paid or 25% of full quote value (whichever greater) is forfeited.
• On receipt of a written instruction to cancel the reservation, the refund amount paid to you is calculated as per our specified cancellation terms.
• Shangrila Innibos will immediately pay the specified refund to you.
